Happy Mother's Day
Ian's been sick for almost a month and each time, we hoped and pray that he'll get better. Every morning, mommy would feed him at 5am, but this morning, i was rudely woken up by his coughing and choking. He vomitted his milk on himself and his bed. Forced out of bed, we had to clean him up and change the bed sheets.
He couldn't expel the phlegm from his throat.And after cleaning him up, mommy pat him back to sleep...
Sick or not,mommy has been doing this 24/7, cleaning, feeding, playing, teaching and bathing. Of course there were complaints, but not of regrets. Its the usual backaches and tiredness..
Today's Sunday Times reported, the estimated worth of a full time mother to be in the region of $220K per year but how do you measure a Mother's love, dedication and committment?
- to me, its priceless...
